Open your mind as Tom Skinner discusses the importance of legal matters.
Hello, and welcome to my blog! My name is Tom Skinner and I’ve been interested in law since I was 12 years old. I remember my interest in the topic started the first time I attended a seminar as a Boy Scout. I had enrolled in a course that would help me complete the requirements for the Citizenship in the Nation Merit Badge. In this course I was lectured about the way state and federal governments work in conjunction with one another to pass laws that protect citizens. It was all very interesting to me. However, it wasn’t until I started watching political news channels and following local policy campaigns that I really got hooked on politics, law, and government systems. With the right perspective, matters that deal with politics are interesting. This, in combination with the obligation we have as citizens to contribute to our legal system, makes participation in law of the utmost importance.
